You'll habituate opening quiet, spacious awareness so you’re not chasing fluid, radiant form… you’re embodying it.
If you want to nail inversions, dynamic transitions, or other unusual “human tricks” — on or off your apparatus of choice — I’ll map out a flexible weekly plan to get you there.
(Spoiler: yes, it might still include some classic strength work… but every rep will serve your artistry, not sidetrack it.)
