    You set your preferred pace, but I typically recommend 2–3 private 90-minute sessions per month, depending on your package.

    You will be invited to a Slack channel where you can reach out anytime to share videos, ask questions, or reflect.

    This isn’t just drop-in coaching — it’s an immersive, ongoing relationship designed to support your evolution in real time.
  • What if something comes up — can I reschedule or pause?
    You can reschedule, no stress.

    Unused sessions can roll over as long as you’re still within the program container.

    For serious emergencies, we’ll talk — I honor humanity over policy.
  • How is this different from other private training or coaching?
    This isn’t just about getting stronger or nailing a skill.

    It’s about becoming someone who *knows* how to learn through the body — someone who can feel what’s real, what’s possible, and how to move toward it without guessing.

**Terms and Conditions for First Choice Coaching Package with Marlo Fisken / Flow Movement LLC:**

1. **Refund Policy**

• Refunds are not provided, except in cases of verified medical emergencies or other extreme life events. Requests for refunds in such circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. **Session Rollover**

• Unused sessions may be rolled over into the following month, provided the program is still active. Rollovers are intended to ensure flexibility while maintaining the program’s flow.

3. **Program Timeline**

• This program is designed to be completed within the allotted contract time (e.g., one month). Extending the timeline may require an additional agreement or renewal.

4. **Scheduling Sessions**

• Please use your unique booking link to schedule all coaching sessions. This ensures proper organization and efficient scheduling.

5. **Cancellation Policy**

• Whenever possible, cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. No-shows may result in forfeited sessions unless exceptional circumstances apply.

6. **Commitment to Growth**

• By joining this program, you are committing to prioritize your personal growth and fully engage with the coaching process. Consistent participation will help you achieve the best results.

7. **Confidentiality**

• All sessions and discussions between the coach and the client are strictly confidential. No personal information or shared content will be disclosed without prior consent unless required by law.

8. **Responsibilities of the Client**

• The client is responsible for attending scheduled sessions, completing any assigned tasks, and actively participating in the program. The success of the coaching depends on the client’s commitment to the process.

9. **Responsibilities of the Coach**

• The coach agrees to provide guidance, support, and expertise as outlined in the coaching package. While the coach will offer resources and encouragement, ultimate success depends on the client’s actions and accountability.

1. **Late Arrivals and Missed Sessions**

• Clients arriving late to a session will only receive the remaining time of the scheduled appointment. Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.

10. **Communication Policy**

• Send marlo feedback through the agreed upon channel and alot up to 24 hours for a response.

11. **Non-Transferability**

• Coaching sessions are non-transferable and may not be shared or gifted to another individual without prior approval from the coach.

12. **Force Majeure**

• Neither party shall be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside of their control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or emergencies.

1.3 **Payment Terms**

• Full payment is required upfront unless a pre-agreed payment plan is established. Non-payment will result in the suspension or termination of services.

14. **Disclaimer of Guarantees**

• The coach does not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on the client’s participation and effort. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or other professional services.

15. **Termination of Agreement**

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the coaching relationship is no longer productive. Refunds, if applicable, will be addressed under the refund policy.

16. **Intellectual Property**

• All resources, frameworks, and tools provided during the program are the intellectual property of the coach and are intended for personal use only. Distribution or duplication without prior consent is prohibited.

17. **Legal Jurisdiction**
